What we collect, and why. In plain words.

Short on purpose. If a sentence here needs a lawyer to decode, it shouldn’t be here.

What we collect

What you type into a form on this site: business name, what kind of business, rough call volume, a customer value if you give one, your name, email, and a phone number only if you choose to add it.

Basic, cookie-free analytics about how the site is used (Vercel Web Analytics): which pages are visited, device type, and country. If you click Accept on the cookie notice, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel also switch on and set cookies, to measure visits and our ads. If you decline, they stay off.

Nothing about your patients, clients or customers. The site never asks, and the receptionist demo line is configured not to store health information.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send the thing you asked for (a number, a report, a call time), and — only if you tick the box — occasional notes on getting found and getting answered.

Consent for those notes is express and never pre-ticked (CASL). Every commercial message we send has an unsubscribe link and our physical address.

Payments

When you buy online, the payment page is run by our payment processor (Stripe). Card numbers are entered there and never reach this site or our CRM; we receive only the confirmation, the amount and the last four digits.

For Canadian pre-authorized debit you sign a debit agreement and get notice before each debit, as the Payments Canada rules require.

Talking to Sofia

Sofia, the AI receptionist on this site, runs on ElevenLabs. When you talk or type to her, the conversation is recorded and transcribed so Oleg can review it and improve her. Voice uses your microphone only after you press Talk.

If you book a call through her, your name, email and the time go to our calendar (Cal.com) and our CRM, the same as the booking form.

Where it lives

Form submissions go to our CRM (GoHighLevel) and are kept as long as we might reasonably reply to you, then deleted on request or within 24 months of the last contact.

The logins, tokens and data of a client system are in the client’s name, not ours. If you leave, they stay yours.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or write to the privacy contact below. We answer within one business day, from the person who does the work.
