Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember something about you. Similar tools, like your browser’s local storage, do the same job in a different place. This page covers both.

Until you accept the cookie notice, nothing that identifies you and nothing that follows you to other sites:

• Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookie-free. They count page views, device type, country and page speed, in aggregate.
• Your theme: if you switch between light and dark, your browser’s local storage remembers the choice (“ol-theme”). It never leaves your device.
• The guide pop-up: if it appears and you close it, your browser’s session storage remembers that for this visit only (“lead-popup”).
• Fonts are served from this site. No request goes to Google Fonts.
• Only if you click Accept: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (to measure visits) and the Meta Pixel (to measure our ads). They set cookies on your browser. If you click Decline, or ignore the notice, they stay off. Your choice is saved in this browser (“cookie_consent”) and you can clear it any time to be asked again.

A few things on the site run on someone else’s service, and only when you use them:

• Sofia, the AI receptionist, runs on ElevenLabs. When you open her and talk or type, that session runs on ElevenLabs, which may store what it needs for the session.
• Payments run on Stripe. Its payment page may set its own cookies, for example to prevent fraud.
• Booking a call goes to Cal.com from our server. No Cal.com cookie is set on this site.
• If a page embeds a video, the video provider may set its own cookies when the video loads.

The first time you visit, a small notice asks whether you accept Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Accept and Decline are the same size, and nothing tracks you before you choose. To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser and the notice comes back.

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking them won’t stop you reading this site; the theme simply goes back to dark on your next visit. A payment page or a conversation with Sofia may need them to work.
