Dental and medical clinics, med spas and aesthetic clinics in the GTA

Your next patient is searching right now. We make sure they find you.

Google, ChatGPT, the directories AI answers cite: we make your clinic easy to find in all of them, then make sure the call or form that follows gets answered.

If 500 patients searched for you tomorrow, what breaks first?

In most clinics, it is one of these three.

6:40pmVoicemail

The phone rings out.

It’s 6:40 pm and the desk is closed. The patient calls the next clinic.

FriSatSunMon

The form waits until Monday.

A patient writes on Friday night. By Saturday they have booked somewhere else.

The other clinic is listed first.

Your clinic may be better. Patients never scroll far enough to find out.

Being found and being answered are one job. We do both.

You trained to care for patients. Nobody trained you to win Google.

You are busy with patients. The phone, the listings and the ads pile up anyway.

So before we sold anything, we measured the market. We read the angry reviews, because stars tell you nothing.

Get Found

Be the clinic they see first.

Google, ChatGPT and the sites AI trusts all say the same true things about you.

Never Miss the Call

Even at 7 pm on a Friday.

Sofia picks up on the first ring, offers times you really have open, and books them.

See the Work

Calls and bookings, not clicks.

Calls answered, appointments booked, and where each came from.

Here’s your Tuesday, 6:40 pm.

Just an example. YourClinic.ca is a made-up clinic.

6:40 pmNever Miss the Call

Your desk closed at 5. The phone rings anyway.

Sofia picks up on the first ring and offers times you really have open.

6:31 pmGet Found

Nine minutes earlier, that patient asked Google.

Your clinic came up first. The AI answer named you too.

6:44 pmSee the Work

Thursday at 9:30 is booked.

It’s in your calendar. Your desk got a text. You see it in your login.

How it starts. Three steps.

  1. 1

    A 20-minute call.

Tell us what you offer and what a new patient is worth. If we can’t help, we say so.

  2. 2

A five-day audit, if the numbers say so.

We call your clinic like a patient and time it. $1,000, credited in full.

  3. 3

    Then it runs.

You get your login on day one. The system is online in 10 to 14 business days.

Being found is half the job. Somebody has to answer.

Across 5.7 million leads, replies sent within five minutes converted about eight times better than replies sent after six.

Where that number comes from

InsideSales.com, Lead Response Management, 2021: three years of data, 400+ companies, 5.7M marketing leads, 55M sales activities. It is vendor research, not a peer-reviewed study, and no controls for confounding variables are published. Leads that get answered fast may simply be different leads.

We won’t tell you this turns a 12% close rate into 25%, or that it’s worth thirteen extra patients a month. We could not trace either figure to a primary source, so they don’t appear here. The calculator uses your numbers instead.

Try it before you hire it.

Ask Sofia to answer as your front desk. Book a first visit. She steps out of the role whenever you ask.

It books appointments. It does not practise medicine.

  1. 01

It books, reschedules, and answers questions about hours, parking and what to bring.

  2. 02

It never diagnoses or gives clinical advice. It tells the caller so, without being asked.

  3. 03

Anything clinical goes to a person, flagged, with a summary of the call.

  4. 04

Patient data stays in your systems, under your account. The logins are yours.

  5. 05

We never make a claim about a clinical result: not in ads, not on your site.

  6. 06

We never work with two competitors in the same trade and area.

Where we are on PHIPA

We have not finished our own research on PHIPA and the RCDSO and CPSO advertising rules. So we make no compliance claim on this page.

Here is how it is built. Patient data stays in the systems you already use, under your account. We keep no copy. The receptionist never needs to store health information, and it is set up not to.

When the research is done, it goes on this page with its sources. If you need this settled first, tell us on the fit call. We’ll say honestly whether we’re ready for you.

Let’s talk for 20 minutes.

If we can’t help, we’ll say so.

No deck. You tell us about your clinic. We tell you what we would fix first.
