AI automation · Toronto and the GTA
The lead came in Friday. By Tuesday they’d hired someone else.
We build the systems that answer, follow up and book the appointment the minute the lead arrives, and then we show you the log, so you can watch it happen.
Nothing breaks. That is the problem.
No alarm goes off when a lead goes cold. These four leaks are silent, which is why they run for years.
The phone rings while you’re with a customer
You call back an hour later. They’ve already booked with whoever picked up first, and you never find out it happened.
The quote goes out, then silence
Nobody follows up on day 3, day 7, day 14. Not because it doesn’t work, but because something is always more urgent that day.
The same information gets typed twice
Once into the booking tool, once into the spreadsheet. Every week, by someone you’re paying to do something else.
You can’t tell what’s working
You have a feeling about which month was good. You don’t have a number, so you can’t decide anything with it.
Three things, in this order.
Never Miss the Call
The phone gets answered
An AI receptionist picks up on the first ring, day or night, by voice or text, books into your calendar and texts you a summary. It doesn’t take payments or send quotes: it collects the details and tells the caller how you’ll reply.
Usually first, because it’s the leak you can hear.
Follow-up
The follow-up happens without you
Leads answered in a minute. Quotes chased on a schedule. Reviews requested once, with consent, after the job. Information stops being typed twice.
Built around the tools you already use wherever they can be connected.
Get Found
You get found, by people and by the engines
The search work for Google and the map, and the separate work that lets ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers name you when someone asks for a recommendation.
Reported with the answers the engines actually gave, dated.
Ask the AI who to hire in your city. See if it says your name.
Type “who should I call for [your service] in [your neighbourhood]” into Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity. Before any blue link, you get an answer that names three or four businesses. Most owners have never checked whether they’re one of them.
When we ran that test for our own category, the businesses named were not the biggest or the oldest. Being named isn’t bought with size. It comes from existing in a form the engine can read and corroborate.
We check whether the AI answers name you today, show you the answer they gave, and check again in ninety days so you can see whether it changed.
The honest limit
AI answers move between sessions and locations, and AI search is still a small share of total traffic. We report what we measured on the day we measured it, and we don’t promise a position in an answer nobody controls.
The Litvin Agreement.
Six things, written down before you pay anything.
- 01
Before each month starts, we list the work in writing.
- 02
If we don’t deliver something on the list, it comes off your invoice. On a prepaid plan, we add time instead.
- 03
You get a reply within one business day, from the person doing the work.
- 04
We never work with two competitors in the same trade and area.
- 05
The logins are yours.
- 06
The data and the access keys are in your name.
Start with the audit. $1,000, credited in full.
We map where work and leads leak out of your week and write down what each gap costs. 5 business days, and it’s yours to act on with anyone. Then, only if the numbers work, a plan. All prices in Canadian dollars.

The automation: month to month once the setup is done. If it stops paying off, you stop paying. The marketing is six months minimum.

How is this different from hiring an agency?
You’re hiring the person who leads the work, and the specialists behind him. The month’s work is written down before it starts, and the report is measured against a number you already track, like booked jobs or answered calls, not a metric we invented.
What does it cost?
The audit is $1,000 CAD, credited in full toward your first month. The plans are $1,000, $2,500 and $7,500 a month, each with a setup fee that covers month one. Every price is on the pricing page.
How long until it runs?
Live in 10–14 business days. Live in 10–14 business days. The first missed call it answers is the proof.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Usually not. We build around what you run now wherever it can be connected, and if something has to change you hear it on the fit call, before you pay anything.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. The logins are yours and the access keys are in your name. If you leave, the system stays set up for your business.
Can I leave?
Month to month once the setup is done. If it stops paying off, you stop paying. The marketing has a six-month minimum, because search is the slow clock. The terms of use say exactly how leaving early works.
